Read between the lines

You need no search at the self-help shelves to understand life and your own self, even a simple folktale can be an ultimate eye-opener if you're just willing to read between the lines .

Learn and never ever stop

Don't count the profit by the amount of money you receive or kill to receive a certificate by the end of every undertaking. Learn sincerely, generously, you will never know when you might need what

It's simple

In a materialistic world in which everyone strives and chases after money, I'd like to work for satisfaction.

Old habits die hard

The habits that we pick up at some point of time once fossilized within us won't leave us. Just like a tattoo, we take them everywhere we go, for as long as we live.

Love Thyself

Just like a good book with a well-illustrated cover, the person you are should overpower youself more than your gorgeous hair and hour-glass curves (which is the ultimate stereotype surely), and that is the real deal!

SciEnTiFicaLLy Don't CrY

Step1

Crying manifests itself physically through not just tears, but a whole body response. Think about how you feel when you cry; physically. Because the physical response tells our body we are crying, by altering our physical state, we can tell the brain that we are NOT crying!

Step2

The first thing that happens when we cry is that our breathing changes. Our breath becomes shallow and rapid as our emotions rise. When you feel yourself about to cry, notice your breathing and relax your diaphragm and take slower, deeper breaths.

Step3

The second physical response to crying is our facial muscles contract. Our eyes narrow, forehead becomes tense and mouth tightens. Relax your face! While working on your breathing, widen your eyes and relax your facial muscles. It is impossible to cry with relaxed breathing and facial muscles. Try it and see.

Step4

The last physical response that we can control is our body. Again, we tense and tighten up in response to emotion. Like with your breathing and your face, relax your body. By changing our physical response, we effectively change the signals from the brain and eliminate the crying response

Step1

Let go of worries if you can't deal with them productively. Realize that merely being concerned about something is a waste of time. If there's nothing you can actually do to help the situation, direct your attention to something that you can change.

Step2

Learn to appreciate the good things in your life rather than focusing on the bad. Consider creating a gratitude journal in which you jot down three positive things that you did, witnessed or felt during the day. You'll soon find yourself seeking out the good instead of the bad.

Step3

Distract yourself with activities that make you happy. Take up a hobby like doing crossword puzzles that requires you to concentrate as opposed to something like knitting that you can do while you're still dwelling on unhappy thoughts.

Step4

Accept the notion that your life can't be perfect. If you're working toward a goal, look at setbacks as ways to improve your strategy for the better. Take your time to achieve a dream rather than making yourself meet an imaginary deadline that will only make you doubt your efforts.

Step5

Conquer the need to rehash arguments in your mind. Get into the habit of expressing all of your feelings during the discussion, weighing what the other person has to say and finding a way to accept the outcome so you can move on.

Step1

Change your attitude. Look at the positive, not the negative in everything you do. When you keep your eyes open to the good in life, interesting things come your way.

Step2

Look at life as an adventure. Find fun things to do in your own neighborhood instead of getting into the rut of going to work, coming home and sitting on the couch. Go outside and live life to the fullest.

Step3

Find hobbies that you like. You will have fun, have something to look forward to and also meet people with your common interests. Finding people to share ideas with is always interesting.

Step4

Try something you've never done before and open your mind to new things. Use different parts of your brain by learning music, art or logic. Challenge yourself to learn things you have never tried before.

Step5

Surround yourself with interesting people. Talk to other people and listen to what they find interesting. You might find something new that you'd like to try.

Step6

Visit places around the globe. Travel to different countries and meet people from different cultures.

Step7

Choose a career you're interested in instead of just working at a job. You will enjoy your work and find each day interesting. Take courses in your field to increase your knowledge and skills.
