Read between the lines

You need no search at the self-help shelves to understand life and your own self, even a simple folktale can be an ultimate eye-opener if you're just willing to read between the lines .

Learn and never ever stop

Don't count the profit by the amount of money you receive or kill to receive a certificate by the end of every undertaking. Learn sincerely, generously, you will never know when you might need what

It's simple

In a materialistic world in which everyone strives and chases after money, I'd like to work for satisfaction.

Old habits die hard

The habits that we pick up at some point of time once fossilized within us won't leave us. Just like a tattoo, we take them everywhere we go, for as long as we live.

Love Thyself

Just like a good book with a well-illustrated cover, the person you are should overpower youself more than your gorgeous hair and hour-glass curves (which is the ultimate stereotype surely), and that is the real deal!

Resisting Vs Resiilence cum Emptiness

Emptiness is an emotion that we feel deep inside ourselves. It doesn’t involve a he or a she but barely the in-existence of any mentioned . Its like a... or maybe exactly the you by yourself type of feeling. This perplexed thought often strikes us when we become lost in our own world. When to see left or right seems pointless.

I have felt that emptiness within me more than once. I wondered if it was saying something to me or was it just mocking me that we are alone no matter what we have or where we are.  Always wondered if others felt it too and how they dealt with it because it’s not easy from my eyes. Emotions in general is not an easy subject to be dealt with. It takes what they call as resilience, lots and lots of it not to resist, but to get through hurdles life casts along the way.

I have done stupid things to get over the emptiness and yet it stays within me. Resisting is never a good option, life doesn’t work that way you see. Like something bothers you and you shoo it away like shutting the door but at the end of the day you just made fool of yourself as the window is still open to welcome what you kept yourself away from. But, there are times when ‘emptiness’ keeps me sane, to be myself.  Yet there are times when I simply want to get rid of it like anyone else.

Talking about emptiness, it reminds me of an article I read few weeks ago which states God gives everything to man that he wishes but the one thing that he does not give is “peace”. That is the way things are.

Dealing with this important chapter of life called “emotions”, no matter what we do, the result we achieve, it’s only temporary whether its emptiness or any other feelings. At the back of our mind, the tension and stress is always there, it is up to one self to bring it alive or to ignore and get on with life. In short, whatever life throws at can’t be resisted, you just have to bear and bounce back to your normal self as soon as you find yourself being strangled by this so called ‘emotions’.

Again its COMPLEX

Are you sometimes caught in a situation where you think you need to stop and reconsider? Or is it just me who has entered this state where I feel a need to rethink and re-prioritize things that are controlling my life. Despite the wants, I should focus more on what’s needed of me and by me. And lets stop here because I know Its not making too much sense and that’s exactly what the problem is, My problem doesn’t make sense when I think about it, but this shouldn’t mean that the problem doesn’t exist. What I want is what I get yet I don’t get what I want. Whoa complex! If only I could express it any better!

Hmm otherwise, life is good the way it is now. Hoping for better days without this rain bugging me 24/7, just that.

Well, doesn’t this seem like the shortest post made ever?? Yes, I suppose it is, kinda refraining myself from being accused of novel writing on blogger :p

Philosophy of Fate

If a few years back you were to come to me and ask whether i believe in faith and destiny, i would have said NO. But,today things do stand different and if I was asked again the same question, I would say yes there is something called destiny/fate.  It can make or break your life, can make your dreams come true or shattered at the end of the day.

I have seen a few people whose fate had changed.  People who have rode high on their luck and some who could go any further as luck was not with them.  Don’t really know how fate works but most of the time it comes across as unfair. As we all are already made aware of the fact "Life isn't fair".

Lets look at the case of  Priyanka Chopra who became Miss World in 2000 in spite of giving a wrong answer. Her question was “Who do you think is the most successful woman living today and why?”  Her answer was Mother Teresa who had passed away in 1997. Now don’t you think it was unfair for others that they lost out for answering correctly and the one who won had got it wrong?  The winning of the crown acted as a stepping stone in the Hindi Film Industry and she did well to capitalize on her opportunities....

The worst that fate had in store of was for Charles Goodyear who lived in the peril of poverty till his death.  His invention (vulcanization of rubbers) made the rubbers more durable and it gave him nothing except tragedy. Sad as it is..

One wonders what constitutes fate and makes it work the way it does.  Sometime no matter how hard you try you still don’t get what you want. Then you see someone who does not even put an ounce of effort and yet they get what they want without really doing anything.  Makes one wonder what is good karma and bad karma?

Sometimes, I do wonder if they are ways of testing the people.  Then again why the people who work hard to get what they want are put to test and left disillusioned, while the people who put the least effort have it easy and get to eat their cake too.  Isn’t that unfair?

No one can understand what happens the way they do.  I guess the only thing one can do is to keep trying for what they want.

A CluMsy DicTatorSHip

As we walk on this earth, passing each and every obstacle it offers, there is one thing everyone sees in common. We see people. Some walks pass us, some walk with us and some just depart on the way with an unfinished journey. This is not anymore to be a questionnaire. The puzzle is the impact these people leave on us throughout their existence. Does each and every one person we meet along the way leave their foot prints behinds? Do people really disappear from our lives?

The impact of people on us is just how circumstances get hold upon human life. The grip is so hard to let go. We weep upon the loss of a pet, but its nothing compared to the tears we shed on the death of our beloved. People, human, man-kind, call it anything; the impact is just the same. What could the reason be here? Why are ‘people’ dictating our threads of emotion?

not bad =pp
Well, if we were to look back at the story history narrates, we are all related. Stressing on the point Adam and Eve are our ancestors, we are all their descendants. Maybe it’s this far tie that bonds us emotionally, making us feel, stirring our emotions when our so-called relatives mess up and screw us! Well, I feel kind of funny on that point actually. Hmm lets proceed..

Why? Honestly I don’t know. Maybe because it would be so absurd to fight with animals or to expect plants to create ‘dramas’. I did mention many time even in my previous blog that, why-s in life and relationship issues as always a forever question mark.  People and circumstances have a strong grip on us and this is nothing but the truth! A fact indeed. We care about some, we hate some, we fight with people, we screw them, they screw us and it all completes the circle. We swirl across weird events and circumstances just to prove how our own species dictate our lives. That’s it.

So the conclusion..well, GO WITH THE FLOW! Life is always fair. Everyone gets to dictate.

Good Night!!!

Complexy- Complexo

I have at last come to understand myself this far, that I can’t understand myself! It’s a complex phenomenon, not many people can straight away categorize themselves into the small cocoon of an adjective or two which refers to what they are and what they aren’t. The idea is, there is always an involvement of time and place in whatever we think we are. For example, you may say you like blue, of all the colors and that’s it, this is the only color you like the most. Your friends or family put it down in their diaries that okay she likes blue to the most so I’ll gift her blue jacket on her next birthday, and thus a blue jacket is what you receive. But at that very point you realize that you really don’t like it as much! Reasons could be endless, but for the purpose of understating lets pick a few, like the following.

1. You hate the fact that you are so limited. (Everything you are getting from all the friends/family is blue in color)

2. You do like blue but unconsciously, deep down in your heart, you want people to add more colors to your life.

3. You like blue just as much as you like all the colors, but you associated with just blue particularly because you like the value and the personality characteristics associated with the color blue, and so for people to judge and think of you in that way, you decided to incline your absolute likings with it (may be unconscious attempt) for e.g. Your declaring blue as a favorite would make people think of u as a tom boy, or a person with cool and calm personality?!?

The point is, we are all in the process of knowing ourselves and discovering each day; the constant attribute of our personalities that is ‘change’.  An adjective or two can describe yourself of course, but it doesn’t stick as a label often. We are not some static thing without momentum or inertia to hold us in a place or category.

So the conclusion is that we are not just one person, not in just one particular phase of life, let alone the entire period of existence! We are multiple sided, diverse, and subject to change. We all have many personalities within us. Tom boy today? May be a shy girl tomorrow  or how about an integration of the both; subject to time and occasion?

Changes are like permeable membranes, it penetrates no matter what! So why resist? Absorb’em =)

Others Make, We Learn

The last thing I should be doing right now is writing a blog post but I’m gonna do it cuz that’s what I WANT to do. Besides, nobody really likes the last options, the last numbers & anything that’s last in general. Everybody likes being on the top, the first, the best! The day I chose non-conformist as a word to define myself, I took an oath & so I can’t really do what normal people subject themselves to do. So I’m gonna like the last, the hateful, the neglected, the marginalized, the discriminated, the suppressed, the less-than-perfect, the unholy, the unethical, the least expected..

ok this is my second blog and what you are reading now is my 1st post in here !!
this post is mainly about 'Learning Through 'OTHER'S' mistakes!!

We are told to believe others’ narrations so that we do not make our own mistakes and irony is that it’s thought of as a good way of raising & rearing the coming generation. It’s thought of as a protection, the best protection in fact which is given to the inexperienced by the so called experienced people. What they don’t understand is that it’s destructive, I say let there be mistakes, let people make their own bloody mistakes. Why must one take anyone’s word on how something should be done is absolutely beyond me. If you are the one to face your death then nobody but you should be the one to face your life as well, and however you decide to face it. But no, that’s not permissible. We have strict codes of conduct which all must follow. I’m not gonna go into how narrow and flawed those codes are and how the death of morality is seen in those codes that are deemed to protect morality, but I’m gonna make a suggestion, a redundant suggestion nobody is ever going to take, but I’m still going to make it until someone, at least one person takes my word. Be less judgmental, more humanistic, and individualistic.  Don’t impose and once again don’t judge. Do what you are here for: you are here as someone responsible for your own soul so might as well take care of that instead of drilling holes in someone elses’ soul. And lastly cease to subservience, look around and question!

Have a Great Day
